The patient portal gives you access to:
- Appointments
- Prescriptions
- Orders
- Invoices
rebates
Rebates need to be submitted within 60 days of lens purchase. The actual money for the rebate will be paid directly by the manufacturer of the product, not by your company.
You will need an itemized receipt for your Eye Exam, Contact lens fitting and Contact lenses supply. Patients are responsible to get copy of the invoices on time. Please visit your portal or write us an email at info@bauereyecare.com
